The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions for using the services made available on the www.mediafinance.ma website, hereafter referred to as ‘the Service’ and the general terms and conditions of use of this Service by the User.
Any access and/or use of the www.mediafinance.ma website and its sub-sites shall imply acceptance and compliance with each term stipulated in these Conditions and their unconditional acceptance. They shall therefore constitute a contract between the Mediafinance and the User.
Should the User not wish to accept all or part of these general terms and conditions, he or she is requested to not use the Service.

Mediafinance cannot guarantee, however, that this information is accurate or relevant. Furthermore, the information provided on this website is for information purposes only and cannot constitute any advice or recommendation whatsoever.
Consequently, Mediafinance cannot under any circumstance be held responsible for the manner in which the information and contents available on the entire website are used. The User is solely responsible for using the information made available to him or her on the website in a proper and intelligent manner.
The User shall also agree to compensate Mediafinance for any damaging consequences directly or indirectly related to its use of the Service.

Mediafinance cannot under any circumstance be held responsible for any type of damage or harm, whether direct or indirect, tangible or intangible, resulting from the Service being unavailable or from any Use of the Service. The term ‘Use’ must be understood in a broad sense, that is to say, any use of the website whatsoever, whether lawful or not.
The User shall undertake, in general, to comply with all the prevailing regulations in Morocco.
Mediafinance cannot be held liable in the event of a force majeure event or an event that is beyond its control.
Amending this contract
Mediafinance shall reserve the right to amend the terms, conditions and references of this contract at any time.

Contract’s term and termination
The present contract is concluded for an indefinite period starting from the moment that the User uses the Service.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The legal rules applicable to the content and transmission of data around and about the website are determined by Moroccan law.
In the event of any dispute which cannot be resolved amicably, Moroccan courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Casablanca are alone competent.
